Booking Policy
General Booking information: - Guests are asked to confirm their likely arrival time 24 hours prior.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the cottages.
- Accommodation is available from 2.00 pm and check out is strictly before 11.00 am on the day of departure unless the owners have personally made another arrangement with you.
- No additional guests are to stay overnight without prior arrangement. Visitors are to be off the property by 9:30pm.
- Guests and their visitors are expected to be considerate at all times with regard to outside noise (with particular reference to dogs and children).
- Provision in the carport is made for one car per cottage. No visitor's cars in carport or driveway please.
- Please expect a three night minimum stay to apply on long weekends and a four night minimum stay at Easter, Christmas and Melbourne Cup long weekend. (Please note: The definition of 'midweek' will alter around public holidays, eg. Sunday night may not be included in special midweek offers.
Deposits: - A deposit of 50% is required within 4 days of making a booking to secure the reservation, with the balance due on arrival.
- Payment on arrival is accepted by cash or cheque only please.
- To deposit directly using your e-banking facility please contact us by phone for the necessary banking details.
- Single night bookings on weekends are available on standby basis only; surcharge will apply.
Tariffs: - The proprietors reserve the right to alter tariffs at any time, regardless of previously printed or advertised materials and will not honour out-of-date or inaccurately published tariffs.
- Current and correct tariffs will appear at all times at this site.
- Tariff for single person bookings is as for two people.

Cancellation Policy We understand that under certain circumstances you may need to change your plans. Please be aware that cancellation fees do apply. - Notice more than 21 days prior to reservation - 15% of deposit.
- Notive between 7 & 21 days prior to reservation - 50% of deposit.
- Less than 7 days prior to reservation - Total deposit.
Deposits will only be 'heldover' on postponed reservations if another replacement booking of equal or greater value is confirmed, with a paid deposit, prior to the original arrival date. Otherwise the deposit is subject to the cancellation policy above. We ask that guests adhere to the 20km per hour speed limit that is in force in Knox Road and respect the quiet nature of our area by keeping vehicle noise to a minimum.A selection of tourism information including a map of our favourite walks along the ocean beach tracks is available if you would like to explore our unique area on foot as well as recommendations for wining, dining and general sight seeing activities are freely available - just ask!
