Booking Policy

Payment: Cash, Direct Credit, Visa, MasterCard, AmEx

 • Guest Terms and Conditions will be forwarded to you prior to receiving your deposit.
• 15% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
• A security deposit is required for all bookings, and can be processed as a credit card authorisation, if you wish.
• 50% of remaining monies is to be paid half way between booking date and arrival.
• Balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations are to be advised in writing giving details of reason for cancellation. If the property is re-booked by another party, the following refunds are possible -

• More than one month before arrival date: 85% refund, less $100.00 admin fee.
• 2-4 weeks before arrival date: 50% refund, less $100.00 admin fee.
• Less than 2 weeks prior to arrival: No refund.
